Please come if you can and help show the extent of public concern about climate change. Just report to reception in County Hall before the meeting starts. The agenda is provided at least a week beforehand, and public questions or statements are allowed but need to be submitted in advance: see the link for details. The Council plans to invest £5 million in energy upgrading of its buildings, but otherwise progress has been slow.
